Cacao Ceremony

Join us for our first mixed Cacao Ceremony held at Ancient Purity in their beautiful 15th century building - a relaxing, quiet and private venue perfect for this type of event.

A ceremonial dose of the finest Keith's Cacao will be served and I will guide you through the ceremony - you only need to bring yourself and your favourite mug.

This heart opening choclate elixir will aid help to quieten the thinking mind, allowing for peace and joy. Ceremonial cacao will always meet you where you are and bring you what you need - it can bring creativity, inspiration and energy or relaxation.

The evening will include meditation, cacao wisdom, heart opening exercises and a group shaing circle.
