Cacao & Art Circle

This is your invitation to come and play in Gemma and SOPHIE’s playground for an epic and unforgettable 3 hours. 

This is the event you’ll be gagging to tell your friends about, the one you wish you’d brought them to. Better still, bring them along and make this the event you’ll be laughing at memories of for years to come.

Working in perfect harmony together, Cacao and Art will be performing their own dance, loosening you up then taking you out to play.

Gemma will kick things off, opening the space, sharing cacao and nurturing you in ceremony with a guided meditation and intuitive movement.

We’ll break for some tea and nibbles, then SOPHIE will lead us through creating our own art, sharing her incredible & utterly inspiring story.

You don’t need to be good at art.

You don’t need to have been to a circle before.

Come as you are for a few hours of nurture & play - what more could your inner child want?!

We kick off at 11am on Sat 7th May at The Manor Health & Wellness, Colchester.

Tickets are limited, £44. Cacao, food, tea & all arty bits provided. No experience required. Please DM me if the cost is out of your reach.

Cacao & Art - HER ART to open your HeART

(Please be aware that antidepressants are a contraindication when working with Cacao. You should not consume ceremonial cacao if you have a heart condition. If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before the ceremony. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine and stimulants please let us know in advance so we can prepare a lower dose. If any of the above apply, you are still very welcome to join and receive an alternative drink for the ceremony)
